A graduate of Northwestern Law School and an Ohio practicing attorney for over 20 years, David has helped hundreds of clients navigate legal details to ensure a clean property transfer and ownership. In 2008, to streamline and expedite this work, he established the in-house complement to his legal practice, AllQuest Title Agency, LLC. David’s knowledge of Real Estate Law coupled with his personal attentiveness to individual clients has consistently generated a yearly doubling of successful closings. David enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering in the community and at his church.

Alisha joined us in 2020 and has many successful property closings to her name. Her wealth of management experience facilitates tidy, timely, transparent communication among buyers, sellers, lenders, agents and banks, has earned her the moniker Processing Queen. A Texas native, her affable Southern charm ensures a family experience at every closing. She enjoys reading and writing stories, playing the piano, and spending time with her family.

Marcia brings substantial skills in editing and organization to ensure that the groundwork for closings are laid with attention to every detail. Her ability to work professionally and efficiently with lenders, government offices, and vendors provides the critical behind-the-scenes work needed for your closing to feel effortless. Marcia enjoys long walks, crossword puzzles, classical music and reading.
